Pasta with minced meat is one of the most classic Greek recipes and the definition of comfort food. In this version, everything is cooked in a single pot for maximum convenience, without compromising on flavor.

Ingredients
- 500 g lean beef minced meat
- 350 g pasta
- 700 g concentrated tomato juice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 750 ml vegetable or beef stock
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- dried oregano, thyme and basil
- parsley finely chopped, for serving
- grated parmesan, for serving
- salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
- For the one-pot pasta with minced meat, heat the olive oil in a large pot and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
- Add the honey and tomato paste and stir well.
- Add the minced meat, salt, oregano, thyme, basil, and Worcestershire sauce, and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Then add the tomato juice, stock and pasta and boil for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and freshly chopped parsley, then serve immediately. Enjoy!
