Slightly spicy and mouthwatering, this pepperoni pizza combines fluffy dough, rich tomato sauce, melted mozzarella and thin slices of pepperoni that impart intense flavor and aroma.

If you prefer a crispier base, bake the dough for 5 minutes first, then add the toppings and continue baking.

Ingredients
- 500 g pizza dough
- 120–150 ml tomato pizza sauce
- 200–250 g grated mozzarella
- 20–30 slices of pepperoni
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- fresh basil or dried oregano
Method
- For the pepperoni pizza, preheat the oven to 250°C.
- Roll out the pizza dough onto a lightly oiled or floured baking tray.
- Spread the sauce evenly over the surface of the dough using circular motions.
- Place the pepperoni slices on top.
- Add the grated mozzarella, covering the entire surface of the pizza.
- Bake at 250°C for 7-10 minutes.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and, if you like, add a little dried oregano or fresh basil.
- Slice and serve hot.
